Job Summary
Are you looking for an internship where you can gain hands-on experience in administrative support? The Sales & Marketing Benelux team within Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) is looking for you! Our TIS organization focuses on solutions that support minimally invasive procedures. As an intern, you will gain practical experience through a variety of administrative and organizational activities.
Please note that this internship takes place in Belgium. To be eligible, you must be based in Belgium and affiliated with an educational institution for the duration of the internship. Your educational institution must also be able to provide an internship agreement covering the internship period.
Job Responsibilities
During your internship, you will support the Sales & Marketing team in their day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing administrative and organizational support to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Supporting the preparation, processing and follow-up of documents, requests and other administrative activities.
- Helping the team to keep information and documentation accurate, complete and well organized.
- Supporting Sales & Marketing activities and projects where additional coordination or follow-up is required.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports and internal communication materials.
- Taking ownership of smaller tasks or projects depending on your interests, capabilities and the team's priorities.
Profile Description
We are looking for a student who:
- Is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organization & Management, Business Management, Office Management or a related field.
- Has strong organizational and administrative skills and enjoys bringing structure to different tasks.
- Works accurately and pays attention to detail.
- Is proactive, hands-on and willing to take initiative.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working with different stakeholders.
- Has a good command of English, Dutch and/or French.
- Is eager to learn more about Sales & Marketing within an international healthcare environment.
